What Tax Lead Lab is

Tax Lead Lab is a client-acquisition and tax-education platform. It provides software that lets tax professionals build branded, interactive educational tools and collect contact information from prospective clients. Tax Lead Lab is marketing and lead-generation technology — it is not a tax preparation service, a law firm, or a financial advisory service.

Member responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the tax, legal, and financial advice you give your clients. Nothing on the Platform substitutes for your professional judgment.
• You may customize approved marketing wording and branding on tools, but may not alter the underlying educational logic or disclaimers unless a field is explicitly made editable.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding contacting leads you collect, including consent and communications regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the Platform to publish false, misleading, or guaranteed-outcome claims (for example, promising a specific refund amount or guaranteed tax savings).

Account access and subscription tiers

Access to specific tools in the Tool Library depends on your subscription tier. Tax Lead Lab may adjust tier pricing and features over time; existing members will be notified of material changes in advance.

Administrator oversight

Tax Lead Lab administrators may review published tools and disable any tool or account found to violate these terms, contain broken functionality, or present a legal or safety risk to visitors.

Disclaimers

The Platform and its tools are provided on an "as is" basis. Tax Lead Lab does not guarantee eligibility, filing status, withholding accuracy, tax savings, or refund amounts through any tool on the Platform. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Tax Lead Lab may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
